Many items below include policy analysis research performed by candidate in the past. Some additions are made for Boca exclusive issues as well as other new developments.
Josh welcomes comments and experience from Boca constituents. He will always refine policies and actions as the conditions dictate. He has programatically included public stakeholder opinions in his environmental platform development work. A balance (between professional input, economic interest, and public stakeholders) is paramount to effective leadership.
He supports open debate so that the best ideas can prevail. The campaign is issue oriented and encourages professionals to enter civil service.

Josh is in favor of setting up a Boca City Armory AND Militia according to state statutes as guaranteed in the original application of the 2nd Ammendment. Semi-Automatic (equivalent) and higher would REQUIRE membership is said militia to better ensure that advanced firepower remains in responsble hands with peer review.
It should be recalled that the settlement transition from the 18th to 19th century often resulted in an Armory (that was among the most prominentt [and large] structures in town). It is unfortunate that militias have since been given a bad name considering their importance in founding and developing the country.
Josh is in favor of the "Norwegian model" for abortion regulation. Even though his personal relgious belief is closer to 60days, he believes that the full 90days (1st trimester) [including full uninhibited access for all tools and resources required by women] is the most efficacious framework available..
He understands DeSantis' opinion appllying a statistical outlier with respect to hearbeat analysis; nevertheless, Josh believes the Norwegian approach will result in better outcomes (including LESS 2nd trimester abortions). There is less civil discord over this matter in Norway (applying this balance, even though their society is progressive). Also Josh believes that there is a gaping "centrist"populist view in America on this topic (often ignored by the press) [including opinions spanning 2-5months].
JOSH is Pro-Annexation: "From the Coast to the Glades". The reasons include:
Supporting the creation of a City Beautification Committee
Josh wrote a comprehensive book on "climate" as a multi=-disciplenary resource to truthfully present the issues and provide frameworks to move forward while leaving the errors behind. This has been presented to over 20 academics, association executives, senior scientists/engineers, and politicians. The reception has been quite positive: Climatosis.com
Josh develped companion"SiteScoreTM".org - a analytic platform to better evaluate one's environmental footprint. (as an extension to the book).
The short post at CondoWhistleblower.org is a preview of a related book. It includes ideas (sample) to minimize condo corruption:
This is an expansion of the Complete Streets concept. Additional elements include rail, greenways (both recreational and natural), and utilities.
Josh has been a victim of crime as well as corruption in civil service. He is a law and order candidate with strong convictions related to civil rights and the environment. Of course, he is against the weaponization of police against the citizenry. He believes and practices equal opportunity.
He is highly aware of complicated forms of institutional corruption, and is fighting this. This is reflected in his (Cf) whistleblowing activity.
Increased Salaries are proposed for both Council and Mayoral positions to encourage more professionals to run for office. We cannot rely soley on real estate connections and slush funds for civil service.
Josh always takes positions similar to this. For example, he is against Trump and Musk taking zero salary for civil service work. (see Josh's opinion on volunteer boards in the Condo section). We need real professionals in functional economies to have optimal results (and avoid diseconomies, as well as conflicdts of interest).
It is time to put more effort into showcasing Boca Raton to the world. We need to consider the success of Riyadh (for example), and hold international design contests for important developments. Riyadh even received entries at no cost. Let's replace bad ideas with good ones, and show proactive leadership as well.
Josh is against discrimination of any kind.
He convinced a major influencer (7MM+ subscribers) to mitigate false antisemitic content. His CliumatosisTM book addresses truthtelling on a grand scale - this concept can be applied to hate and discrimination as well (and Josh intends to remain in the fight).

Josh is pro education choice, and open to many creative options (like charter schools, religious schools, home supplementation, etc). He believes in lifelong education and the health benefits of mind stimulation.

Josh has developed agile green zoning analytics that combines (1) the kinematic methods developed in his SiteScore(TM),org modules and (2) the air rights concept.
The resulting code would improve the greening of ALL developments in the City so dear to its residents. Green easements and protocols would be included as a standard for development (as well as existing structures and properties) along with the application of Overlay Zoning.

Josh expands beyond the Duany/CNU(NewUrbanism) original Transect paper and concept. While he is a strong fan of the related neighborhood work that has been completed to date, he proposes the following:

Josh is OPPOSED to DeSantis' property tax elimination proposal. He is historically against demand and supply side shocksn- a priori for long term application and stability.
Cf Josh's proposals for condo reform - market forces should be unleashed whenever possible for optimal functionality (this is in fact a criteria for any good regulation). Sound technical bases develop over time to match the market with performance and liability standard.
It is well known in environmental economic circles that taxation and grants should always match the affected stakeholders and processes/facilities as closely as possible.

As discussed in RealEstateEquity.org, the current deduction sturctures are anything but equitable.
Total elimination of these elements would help the Federal balance sheet also. While Josh is supportive of welfare for children, marriage, seniors, and disadvantaged/disabled - it is suggested that deductions are not the only way to go. Josh is against deductions in most cases INCLUDING charity (which the government should not be involved in) - we cannot keep spending money we do not have (this section does not apply to government funded research).
Josh understands this is a subjective issue with not one correct answer, and trends can change over time. In kind, he supports referenda at least every 5 years to be current with public opinion.
The first reason Josh moved to Boca Raton, was its green spaces. He is your voice for green initiatives at any level. He has been directly involved in environmental issues since age 10.
Josh trail walks in several locations in the City regularly Originally, this was for health benefits like nature interaction, cardio, visceral fat loss, etc.
He also discovered unexpected neuromuscular benefits that addresses a past stroke (induced by a condo mob board where he lived in Miami-Dade) - this therpeutic effect at mainteance level results in an estimated >50% improvement in his leg (from waist to toe activating all of the joints). The undulated unique surface types combined with a thin rubber soled water sock, activates this unique effect (during a large step volume). He intends to publish further information with medical influencers.
Josh will always support green trails and corridors to the maximum extend possible.
