Always an advocate of civics and the scientific method, he has been a senior whistleblower in the environmental, condo, and mobitlity segments.  He has drafted 4 books and many whitepapers.  He has performed reviews of technical manuals and reference materials, as well as regulations.  Josh has been involved in environmental issues since age 10 at conservation camp.
